  We ordered via the app, which never mentioned anything out of stock—both the app and Google Maps said they were open 24 hours. When we arrived, the employee snapped at us, saying it was closing timeand why did you guys order you are delaying my closing. I asked why, since the app and Google both said they were open, and she just shrugged, saying it was early closure today due to staffing and the holiday. She had zero concern—no remorse, no professionalism. When I asked for a refund, she was completely clueless, had no idea how to deal with customers, and just gave a bad attitude.After pushing her to call a manager it turned into a complete mess—neither the employee nor the manager knew how to void the transaction. They just kept passing us up to the owner. After wasting half an hour, they finally voided the order, gave us a flimsy receipt, and said it might appear in 24 hours. We never got our food, and after all that, we had to go somewhere else. This was an absolute nightmare and completely unprofessional. I am yet to receive my refund..

  I had a great experience at Subway on Sunday because of Harman. She made my sandwich amazingly well, and her attitude towards customers was so friendly and welcoming. Even though there were several customers, including an elderly lady who was taking extra time with her order, Harman stayed very patient, respectful, and kind. She made the environment feel comfortable and familiar. I would definitely love to come back again if she is there because her service was excellent.

  We had an amazing experience at Subway thanks to Harmanpreet! She served us with so much kindness and professionalism. She treated us like family and made sure everything was perfect. The sandwiches were made carefully, the service was fast, and her positive attitude made our visit even better. It’s rare to meet someone so friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended, we’ll definitely come back because of her outstanding customer service!
