  Terrible experience, the worker “KD” couldn’t handle clear simple instructions, she proceeded to add bacon on my sub right after I told her no pork, multiple times, didn’t even own up to her own mistake, started blaming us, claiming that we ordered something else! Such a shame customers have to deal with these kind of workers.

  BEWARE THEY ARE THIEVES AND I WILL BE PRESSING CHARGES FOR THEFT BY THE END OF THE WEEK IF NOTHING IS DONE Went to make an order at quebec and oxford location via app saturday just ahead of 930pm. for some reason it went to adelaide and cheapside (under the name Rosalie). I called immediately telling them please cancel the order and refund me. The guy on the phone said he couldn't make it anyway cuz it was late and couldn't refund me cuz only the manager could. So I didnt get the sandwhich, it was never made anyway, and I got no refund. I called back sunday morning, the lady who picked up said the manager wasnt in on weekends, call back monday. I was busy monday, so called today (tuesday). NOW im being told that "because its been more than 3 days we cant refund you. just come in and we'll honor it and make you the sandwhich" I DONT WANT A SANDWHICH. I WANT MY MONEY. a 3day only policy for a refund for a sandwhich you never even made in the first place, provided thats even real and not some fiction by a new employee, is WILD. Now they won't even pick up the phone. You have until friday to refund me, and then I'm sending a police officer to either make you refund me or press some charges. Refunding me for a sandwhich you never even made in the first place isnt going to hurt your bottom line. Stop with the excuses and stop being thieves and just give me my damn money

  I bought three sandwiches here today Saturday September 19 at 7:34pm i asked for two with spicy things like Nashville sauce and Jalapenos and one without anything spicy and he gave me all of them spicy and I called and didn't wanted to accept it i had to come here and give him the sandwich and he made another one, it's the first time that this has happened to me and first time ordering from this store.

  had a very frustrating experience. My 12-inch sub was made wrong, wrong bread, wrong sauce, and 2 pieces of turkey. When I called, the employee argued with me instead of helping and even asked who was going to pay for the wrong sub and that I would need to pay $18 again for a replacement sub. After the employee fought with me on the phone and said she couldn’t call to notify me of any adjustments because “they were busy” nobody was in the store , I placed a pickup order and was outside in my car waiting . She called her boss and got approved for a new sub to be made , I would just have to go back in two hours . When I arrived two hours later I noticed concerning food safety issues at pickup, she was making 3 subs for uber , while the subs were in the oven she was touching the garbage can with her gloves on then continued to touch the food when it came out. That combination of incorrect orders, argumentative service, and hygiene concerns left me really dissatisfied. I would not recommend this location, it has gone downhill and I will not be returning . I have a newborn baby which its easier to place the order online and pickup, after you place the order the money comes out of your account within seconds , but when the employee messes up your order it’s a huge deal and that her cash register will be short at the end of the night and you have to fight with them to fix something the worker messed up.

  Rating: 1 / 5 stars Review: Very disappointing experience at the Adelaide Subway. The employee added a very low quantity of ingredients to my sandwich and charged me $18.50, even though the actual listed price for the sandwich was $12.50. Extremely poor service and overcharging—I will not be returning to this store.
