  Very disappointing customer service today. I was served by Komal, who was wearing a Supervisor tag. I politely reminded her that I wanted the potato rings on my sandwich, and she responded, “I know that,” in a rude and irritated tone. I usually visit this Subway in the morning, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back. A supervisor should be more professional and respectful when speaking to customers.

  I was waiting for the nearby walk-in clinic to open and needed to use a washroom, Subway. let me use their washroom, as a visually impaired / disabled senior citizen, I really appreciated that, and it goes a long way to showing how much they care for customers or potential customers. Thank you so much!

  Great experience! I ordered the Veggie Delite, and the sandwich maker (Meet) changed his gloves before preparing my sandwich after I mentioned that I’m vegetarian. I really appreciated the care and attention to my preference. The sandwich was fresh, nicely prepared, and tasted great. Thank you!

  Very disappointing experience\. We had a coupon we just received in the mail for a footlong and 6\-inch, but due to their technical issues, they couldn’t process it and told us we had to pay full price\. They couldn’t manually apply the discount or offer any other solution\. On top of that, they were out of cold cuts and both washrooms were not working\. Too many issues for one visit\. We wasted our time and left very frustrated\.

  Horrible experience arrived at 11:45pm this evening was told the system was down until 12:00am, at 12:00am the girl told us that her shift was done someone else would be coming after we waited for 15 mins. She refused to make the sub while we wait or to prepare for when the next employee arrived. The second person never arrived and we left, horrible customer service.
