  Visited Wed June 17 for brunch/lunch takeout. This is a location I've been to in the past, but hadn't been in a while. I was really impressed by how fresh everything was. Not every Subway that I've been in has such fresh vegetables. The lettuce was perfect, I didn't see any brown or any old-looking lettuce like I've seen in a lot of other stores. Also, the store looked different than I remember. They moved the drink fridge out of the way, and put it against the other wall so now there's more space to line up and place your order. It makes the place seem bigger and brighter! The choc chip cookie was freshly baked as well. Excellent!

  I ordered 3 different subs for takeout. They weren’t wrapped properly and I had to unwrap them to tell which subs were which since they weren’t labelled or stickered. And they cheaped out on the protein.

  I went to get a sub today, and when i walked up to order, the lady working said “what” asking what I would like. Very unprofessional and this has happened multiple times now. I also noticed she used the same knife multiple times for me, and the two people before me to close our subs. I am allergic to olives and the reusing of the knife worried me. When I began eating my sub I found an olive in it. Thankfully I checked before eating but I am very disgusted with how safety measures are being taken.

  The girl(short) who was working on 21 May around 12 pm should learn to respect customers and be trained with some basic customer service skills.
