  I’ve been to this Subway a few times now, and the service has always been excellent. The employees are friendly, efficient, and make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. My order is always prepared carefully, the ingredients are fresh, and the restaurant is kept clean. It’s a reliable spot for a quick meal, and I always leave satisfied. Keep up the great work!

  A fly landed on a bun, and the customer in front of me pointed it out to the staff and asked for it to be replaced. Instead of discarding the contaminated bun, the employee simply exchanged it with another bun from the oven rack. From what I observed, this demonstrated a concerning disregard for basic food safety and hygiene practices. After reading previous reviews, it appears this may not be an isolated incident. The staff also seemed extremely stingy with the toppings. I had to ask for more lettuce because there was so little that you could practically see through the bun. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I sincerely hope management takes food safety seriously and provides better training to ensure proper hygiene practices and more consistent food preparation. No customer should have to worry about becoming ill from eating at a restaurant. If concerns like this continue to go unaddressed, I will be submitting a complaint to my ontario public health unit so they can determine whether an inspection is warranted.
