    ​Unacceptable hygiene. I ordered here today for the last time. The staff cut my bread and walked away. A fly landed and sat on both pieces of the bread while they were gone. I asked them to replace it, which they did, but then they put the contaminated fly bread right back into the main stock to serve to someone else. Doing this right in front of a customer shows zero regard for food safety.

    Worst experience I’ve had with DoorDash and this restaurant. I specifically called DoorDash support and the restaurant to request that the meat be removed from my order because I cannot eat it. Despite confirming my request, they completely ignored it. I paid for the food and ended up with a meal I couldn’t eat. It would have taken very little effort to accommodate such a simple request. As someone who works in the food industry, I know how important it is to follow customer instructions and dietary needs.Since I requested not to add lettuce and they put alot of it. Very disappointing customer service from both DoorDash and the restaurant. I wasted my money and was left without a proper meal. I won’t be ordering again if this is how customer concerns are handled.

    Do not go there. I've gone there twice this month and both times have been served by the same woman who has been extremely rude both times I can forgive maybe having a bad day but not twice. Both times just slaps every thing on and tries to put the least amount on . I usually get 3 subs which she tried to jam into a bag made for one. I actually had to tell her I was the customer and to do it properly if I wanted smashed subs I would do it.The customer before actually left the the store with a large pop with no lid because the woman working could be bothered to get more lids claimed none left. I heard about cost cutting but she was down right nasty cheap and rude.

    Bread was so hard I couldn’t eat the $15 sandwich. At least make sure your bread is fresh.

    Ordered online and still waited 10 minutes past the pickup time while multiple walk-in customers were served first. The issue seems to be poor organization and lack of proper staff training. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had at a Subway location.
