  This is the best subway location ever! Definitely recommend the staff is very friendly and make the best subs(in my opinion) I went here today and Tasnim was the one making my order. She was very respectful and such a sweet girl overall! Best sandwich I’ve eaten by far!

  Terrible service the woman with the hijab has a ear piece and did not care about taking my order she was on the phone the whole time I was trying to purchase something

  You can tell they were exhausted. They had a few pre orders when I walked in. The guy that made my order was still very pleasant.

  I’m giving two stars because I normally love it there. The staff reading this will know I used to come in here DAILY for the after gym pizza subs (multiple). The service and quality used to be amazing but I’ve after a good few disheartening visits been turned off. Last visit was the worst where I had an undercooked bun (so did my mom) and the guy cooking it was not new. He then made my nachos and didn’t bother heating it and gave me a trash bag of cold shredded cheese. I have paid $80 worth of inedible food in even the last 4 weeks and my daily visits have long ago stopped. I would love to support them if they get their act back together.

  One must confess, the state of this subway is most lamentable — I dare say the very worst in all of North America. I had the misfortune of ordering a Veggie Delite footlong through the digital app, and upon its arrival, I discovered but four paltry slices of tomato, with nearly every other component in a state of most grievous disarray. I requested the addition of more cucumber, I was informed that only 4 allowed per footlong by manager— a most extraordinary thing , I do believe. The sauces I had specified were entirely absent, and upon my return to the location , I presented the evidence of this culinary travesty to a lady by the name of Michela, who declared with the utmost confidence, “I remember putting cucumbers — we have cameras.” I then enquired, most politely, whether she might be so good as to consult the footage to substantiate her claim, whereupon she executed a most remarkable volte-face, insisting that camera accessibility was, regrettably, not within their purview. Frightfully vexing, I must say.
