  It seems that the person that was making the sub really didn’t like her job and she did a terrible job. I asked for a vegetable sub. She barely put any vegetables on it not happy.

  I placed a mobile order before I went into the store. I stood in line waiting my turn. When I got to the front of the line I informed the worker that I had a mobile order. The worker told me that I would need to wait while she served all the customers behind me. I told her that I wasn't ok with that as I was waiting for my food and that I had been waiting in line. She refuses to serve me and told the other customers waiting behind me to cut ahead of me as she served them first. Very disappointed in the lack of service.

  The food quality at this Subway location is really bad. I tried veggie deli te patty for the first time thinking it would be fine, but I got sick. I tried it a second time and the exact same thing happened.

  The place is well clean I visit there many times the ways of talking of other employee is not good but this time i visit there the new employee way of talking is too much friendly and welcoming .

  Extremely Disappointing Experience This was honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Subway. I visited the Subway at 265 Oxford Street East, London, Ontario, and there was only one employee working. I understand that being alone can be stressful, but that is absolutely no excuse for treating a customer rudely. I was standing right in front of the counter waiting to be served, and the employee completely ignored me while continuing with his work. I had to wait there without even being acknowledged. When he finally attended me, his attitude was extremely rude and disrespectful. To make things worse, the 6-inch Veggie Delite I ordered was made extremely messily. The sandwich was poorly put together and clearly looked like it was made without any care or attention. For the price I paid, I expected basic customer service and a properly prepared sandwich. Being busy or working alone does not give anyone the right to make customers feel ignored or disrespected. I left the store completely dissatisfied and disappointed. This location seriously needs to improve its customer service and the way customers are treated. I definitely will not be recommending this location based on this experience.
