  I brought my friend here for the first time and we were both greeted with such a kind and generous woman who really made us welcome. The burrito and chips she gave us were super yummy and just overall a great experience. 10/10

  Amazing food & service! Went to Mucho Burrito on Wellington tonight, I truthfully expected poor service as I got there at 10:30pm right before close and reheated food from dinner - I got the opposite. The young girl in there was beyond friendly and personable, without me asking, she cut me fresh chicken and cooked me fresh veggies. It was the best burrito I’ve had in so long. The young man at the register was very friendly and accommodating as well. They both are excellent at customer service. I will continue to come back to this location!!

  We are passing by London and take halt for dinner. ordered veggie burrito bowl. the ingredients are not fresh. red beans are finished they didn't even refilled it. Lettuce almost red and black and veggies are not evenly chopped or cooked. Tried first time and I never come back again. person on counter not interested to provide good customer service. Not Happy with food quality and service.

  Poor service and poor quality food. I have ordered burrito bowl and they have kept big chunks of peppers in it (haven’t chopped properly), also onions. Not enough juicy.

  I used to really like this place until they were taken over a few years ago. I still go there because it is one of my "go tos" but the new owners are fake nice. They always appear to be mocking you at the same time. If not for thet, I would recommend it.
