I had a very disappointing experience at the Subway location in Listowel on September 17, 2026, at approximately 5:45 p.m. When my wife entered the restaurant, two employees began laughing at her without any apparent reason. When my wife politely asked them about their reaction, there was no apology or appropriate response from them. Regardless of the reason, we felt uncomfortable and disrespected by the way the situation was handled. Unfortunately, this experience gave us a very negative impression of the customer service at this location. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that customers are treated respectfully and professionally in the future.

Id rather go across the st to Mr sub. The employees here are told to be cheap with the toppings. You have to ask 7x for more toppings just to have a normal amount. Putting 2 pieces of onion on each time. The employees are super rude, can’t understand 1/2 them. Same review for Pizza Hut as it’s the same cheap owner hiring people for Pennie’s and telling them to use the least amount of toppings possible. Constantly telling people not to frequent either establishments
