  I placed an order online on July 2nd for three footlong subs. I spent a total of $37 to get them delivered. One of the subs i received was completely incorrect, it had spicy peppers and things I would never order. I made a complaint July 2nd through the subway app, i had the manager Bhaulik reach out and attempt to correct the issue. He said he would mail out a coupon for a free footlong for the inconvenience. Over a month later it finally came in the mail and it was a coupon for a free 6 inch sub! I’m incredibly disappointed, you guys messed up my order, and lied about how you were going to fix it. bad business and will not be returning

  Great shop ,not chinsy with the extras,,toppings and condiments. I asked the gentlemen to put the whole garden on my sub and he knew exactly what I meant. Also very nice to have english speaking help.

  Second time we have DoorDashed from subway. Second time in a row everything is completely wrong. Both times you mixed up the orders completely, wrong topping on each sub. Sub not cut, small amount of roast beef on one sub and the wrong meat on the other! Learn to READ and follow directions! It's sad when you charge what you do any can't even eat it. Garbage! Never again! Get it together!

  Staff was friendly, service was fast, dining area and washrooms were clean. Staff were keeping busy during downtime and had pleasant conversations with customers. I had a positive experience and was impressed by the employees and the store itself.

  Subway is subway have been twice since we moved to Lindsay first time they were low on lettuce so could only provide a little, 2nd time my son ordered the hot honey chicken only to find out they had no hot honey left as they were finishing up his sub, and they suggested different sauces. Its not a hot honey sub without the hot honey... this seems to be a store ordering problem, not a distribution problem. The least they could have done was tell the customer they are out of hot honey when he placed the order, so he could choose something else if he wanted. Luckily we have lots of hot honey sauces at home, but thats besides the point. It was poor customer service.
