  They always ask "how are you today" in the drive thru, which is nice. Changing their fries ...once just normal fries with choice of Supreme topping; bad move. I expect normal tasting potato fries and if I want additional flavour (additives) I'll ask for it. Now, you have no choice, you are getting flavoured fries (maybe named nacho fries?). It also seems like a smaller portion of fries than the original/normal potato fries.

  I ordered from them on the app, the food never came and and I was only informed the moment the driver arrived. I contacted the store, uber and I was forced to manually write out a complaint on the app in order to get my money back 🫩 Still haven't gotten refunded

  Don’t order here. My dad and I stopped on our way home and they yelled out my dad’s order with the wrong name, a gentleman grabbed it, and a few minutes later came back and said they got his order wrong. Turns out it was my dad’s order but they called the wrong name. They didn’t remake it and called out again and my dad asked if the man went through it and if the food was touched. She said no and passed us the bag. All of his food was touched and open inside.

  It was an awful experience. Waited so long for our food. Then when I went in to ask how much longer was told another five minute to just ask for a refund was given a refund with nothing else in return quite disappointed, especially after waiting 20 minutes for nothing.

  If you have any respect for yourself do not go to this Taco Bell. Garbage employees with the worst manors and if they don’t have the decency to pretend to be friendly to a paying customer then you do not know what they’re doing with your food. Avoid this Taco Bell at all cost.
