  Let me tell you this, I’ve been to MANY taco bells around southern Ontario, and when I tell you this Taco Bell makes the best CGC (cheesy Gordita crunch), I’m not being fugazy. Fresh taco shell, hot ground beef, melted cheese with a soft outer blanket. I felt like it was the first time I bit into a CGC again, the whole reason I became obsessed with that spicy pepperjack sauce dripping down my lips. Immaculate, stupendous, delicious tacos are made at this restaurant. 10/10 and I will be returning for more.

  I placed an order through Skip for a couple bean burritos and fries supreme well the fries supreme they put on this orangey red colour seasoning and I don't remember years ago the fries supreme having this type seasoning not everybody wants this on their fries so I really think they need to have it where a person can remove this when they're placing an order. The other issue is the bean burritos I could barely find the beans it was pretty much all lettuce and cheese a very thin layer of refried beans completely ridiculous! I had way more onion than refried beans I did not order an onion burrito I ordered a bean burrito so they really need to change the portion control because it's quite off. If there's the option on Skip to remove onions then I won't get any at all and I do want some. I've ordered these bean burritos from the Fairview Mall Taco Bell location in the past and there's been a lot of beans on the burrito so I don't know what's with this location why they're really skimping but what a huge disappointment, never again from this location!

  Dining room is filthy and very rundown. The skinny manager was very rude to her staff. So sad to witness and not very professional.

  While the coutlnter person was friendly, the order maker/kitchen messed up my order. Asked for 3 doritos tacos and a crunch wrap with only meat and cheese. There was some lettuce on one taco, and we were missing a taco. I also ordered a luxe combo box which the taco was soggy and broken. My 3rd meal was crunch wrap supreme combo with fries supreme. All 3 crunch wraps were soggy, and 1 wasn't even wrapped properly, it literally fell apart.

  Brutal experience on a Sunday night. We arrived at 10:30pm, which is late, but they're open until 2am. The menu lights were off. I asked why, they said a power outage; there was no power outage. Magically, the lights came on. We ordered, they proceeded to tell me there were no french fries. I was very confused. I drove to the window to ask more questions, and the person told me they were out of fries, but struggled to speak English so another employee came to the window and explained that the fryer was broken. Two completely different stories. They then spoke to each other in another language to hopefully get their story correct for the next person who was disappointed they didn't feel like making fries late on a Sunday night. Called Taco Bell customer support who likely won't do anything since after reading other reviews apparently they have been contacted multiple times and nothing has been done. Terrible franchise standards, terrible customer service.
