  This is probably the only good Taco Bell in Kitchener Waterloo service is friendly fast and the food is always hot and it’s always good. Nice size portions the other places it just sloped together,not here.

  We went through the drive thru, it wasn’t very busy at 1:20am. They asked us to pull off to the left to wait for our food, it took them 25 mins to bring us the food. As we checked our order before driving away, the fries were cold & soggy & upside down in the bag, they were missing 3 big items that we ordered, they threw about 20 hot sauces on top(we didn’t even ask for sauce) of the dumped fries. It was just a mess! We had to go in to deal with it. There were 4 ppl working, not sure why it was so difficult to fulfill our order & pack it properly. Anyway, they were nice inside, gave us new fries (which were still cold & soggy) & a free cinnamon twist. Not sure we will be returning to this location.

  This store has the nastiest costumer service , they are gross with handling food as well as they we’re serving drinks with hands all over the place due to the overfilling and not paying attention. Tonight I came into the drive through and first started giving rude vibes which it isn’t hard to engage with costumers and be nice as you are working with people and food AND REQUESTS , we had 4 people in the car ready to split our orders as usual as we have gone here before and done it , they said they couldn’t do more than 2 order per car which we asked why since we have before , they made us turn back into the drive through which we wait in line and everything they started yelling at us and just saying no to everything we try to modify and they gave us what we wanted which just gave us a questioning to why we couldn’t just get it in the first place ? I asked to speak to manger as they were genuinely the most non caring rudest people as I even try to ask for a new person to take my order as she was just yelling and slamming door after we paid . They didn’t give names or anything and were completely inappropriate and unprofessional and lazy . It’s was genuinely horrible .

  This is one of the only Taco Bell’s left in Kitchener, and it’s obvious that they shouldn’t be, unfortunately. They forgot a part of my order. I ordered a Super Luxe box (taco, chalupa, burrito and fries) and they fully forgot my chalupa. I initially thought that I had just received something else instead, but I remembered that I ordered two other burritos outside of the Super Luxe Box. Not only did my preorder take 15 mins past when it said it would be ready for pickup, but I didn’t even get part of my order. And look, I get it, it’s fast food, it’s busy and hectic, but it still really sucks that it was forgotten. Especially because it means that I paid for something that (I assume) someone else received.

  This location is always forgetting items, and you don't want to ever go back in because when you do there's 15 other people in front of you with order issues. There has not been a single time we've gotten our whole order.
