  I stopped in for a sub today and was incredibly happy with the service. The girl working the counter was so friendly and made me an amazing sandwich! On a side note, I happened to be in the washroom when another customer came in asking for it. I heard the worker politely explain that the washroom was occupied. I only mention this because I saw another review claiming they were denied entry because it was 'closed.' That wasn't the case at all; I was just using it! Huge thanks to the staff for their hard work and great food—highly recommend this spot!

  I’m very pregnant (it’s obvious). just came in and kindly asked to use a washroom as I really needed to use one (there are no washrooms on iron horse trail), they didn’t let me in, said that they already closed it - 1 hour before the closing?? I understand they not letting in sketchy people. but I’m a normal person who is very pregnant. I Won’t come to eat there ever again, as I don’t thinks it’s a proper service. And I Hope nobody will let this lady to use a washroom when she is pregnant

  This Subway used to be one of my favourite locations, but my recent visit was very disappointing. I politely asked for a small amount of sauce applied in a zig-zag pattern, but the employee simply refused and said no. He then argued with me and added much more sauce than I had requested, despite me asking for less. It felt like he wasn’t listening at all, and his attitude was rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he was not wearing a name tag, so I was unable to identify him. I’ve always had positive experiences with the other staff, but this particular interaction was unacceptable

  This Subway used to be one of my favourite places and I’ve been to this location many times, but today was my worst experience here. The employee serving me was very rude. I politely asked for a small amount of sauce applied in a zig-zag pattern, which is something that has always been done for me in the past. Instead of accommodating the request or explaining politely, he refused and started arguing with me. And then added a large amount of sauce even though I repeatedly asked for less. It felt like he wasn’t listening to what I was saying at all. His attitude was very unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Also, he wasn’t even wearing a name tag, so I couldn’t identify him. I appreciate the other staff members who are always kind and helpful, but this particular experience was unacceptable.
