  I cannot say enough good things about Bavneet at the Subway location inside St. Mary’s Hospital in Kitchener. She is genuinely one of the sweetest and kindest people I have ever met. The very first time we came in about two months ago, she made such a positive impression on my 10-year-old daughter that she now refuses to go to any other Subway location — especially the one on Highland Rd — because she loves seeing Bavneet so much. We now come here at least twice a week, and every single visit we are greeted with the biggest smile and such warm, positive energy. What amazes me most is that she remembers us and already knows our orders every time we walk through the door. In today’s world, where so many people seem stressed or unhappy, it is honestly so refreshing to meet someone who is consistently kind, patient, and genuinely happy to serve customers. The restaurant is always spotless, fully stocked with fresh toppings, and Bavneet is always so helpful when explaining the sub of the day or answering any questions we have. She is especially patient and kind with my daughter while she orders, never rushing her and always making her feel comfortable and important. People like Bavneet truly make a difference in someone’s day, and I hope Subway knows how lucky they are to have her. Thank you, Bavneet, for always making us feel welcome and appreciated. Your kindness does not go unnoticed.

  The lady at the counter was very nice and polite. Italian bun was old and dry, cucumbers were half black. I will not go back.

  Ordered a 2 for 1 12” sandwiches on their app and when I got there to pick it up the person who was serving ordered only handed me one. I asked to why and she couldn’t respond other that that’s what I got and that’s what you’ll get. I’m so tire of this people who think that your money isn’t worth anything. I pay for a special deal and they gave me what they felt like. Where has good service gone? Where are the franchise auditing people at? Who continues to just hand out franchises to people that only care about their personal gains and not the customers? Enough is enough. Restaurants like this one should be closed down and replaced by another restaurant what really looks after their customers.

  The downtown kitchener location is by far the best in the city. You will never ever catch them on a bad day, they are quick and make a great sub. The store and washrooms are always sparkling clean , Great location
