  Went here today and had such a refreshing customer service experience. The young East Indian gentleman behind the counter wearing a turban was extremely polite, soft-spoken, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. I usually keep my expectations pretty low for customer service at Subway locations, so this experience genuinely stood out. I ordered two subs and he was incredibly patient while making them. When I asked for extra toppings, he happily accommodated without any attitude or hesitation. At many other Subway locations, I often feel uncomfortable asking for extras because of the reactions I get, but not here. Big kudos to this location for having such a great employee. I really hope the manager recognizes him for the excellent customer service he provides because it absolutely makes a difference. This will definitely be our go-to Subway location moving forward! P.S. The limited time Ghost Pepper bread is soooo good but it gets spicy (slow, building burn).

  Why have a phone when they never pick up? Uber doesn’t allow adjustments but they don’t pick up the phone even if you call 5x in a row. Just remove the phone option from your google page, you don’t pick up

  Yikes! I'll start by saying the sandwich I got (purchased BEFORE I saw what I saw) was well made and tasty which is the reason for 2 stars. Couldn't get fountain soda as the machine was being repaired. The reason for the poor review is the man who started to replace a sign directly behind us after we had sat down. He was standing barefoot on the table and other surfaces. Nasty dirty feet all over the tables customers eat on. Disgusting!! If these people have no problem doing this midday, while customers are eating I wouldn't want to know what they are doing when nobody is looking.
