  I placed two separate online orders to take advantage of a deal. When I arrived, only one order had been received, even though I was charged for both. When I asked the staff member for help, he was extremely rude and dismissive and said, “Not my problem.” The app eventually refunded one of the orders because of a system issue, and I had to place the order again. The issue itself could have been resolved calmly and professionally, but the employee’s attitude made the entire experience much worse. He was impolite, unhelpful, and acted as though customers were an inconvenience. I will not be returning to this Subway location. Unfortunately, the staff often seem unhappy to be there, and I have had consistently poor experiences.

  I visited this morning, and ordered footlong. That sandwich was made exactly how I wanted as at many locations I don't get what i want. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted great. Thanks to the girl staff over there. She was very polite and sweet. Must visit this subway.

  Terrible service. Employee was blaming me for customers leaving because he was slow to make subs. This place deserves a zero star.

  Visited store for a good sub after tiring day, but to my surprise ended up paying 30$ for veggie dellite sub (12") no proper response from store employee, sandwich poorly made and felt like wasted money on subway for no reason. What a disgrace that such operators don't care for standards set out by Subway canada.

  Visited this subway location and order 6” veggie patty sub and to my surprise I was charged 12$ for 6” sub. On checking online other stores have price of around 7$-8$ and on official subway site it says 7$. Also standard making of sub has 3 portions of each veggies whereas employee put only 2 portions on asking her to make 3 she said it would be extra charges. On sauces too she was like we just spread one line of each. Ended up paying 19$ for 6” sub and a bottle of Pepsi.
