  I don’t normally make reviews like this, but the woman working today was absolutely miserable to my partner and I. She made us pay for the entire meal before she even started making my sandwich after she already made my partner’s sandwich. We also bought 2 large fountain drinks. My partner noticed the drink machine was not working right and was not dispensing barely, if any flavouring. She brought it up to the woman working, suggesting that maybe a line or something was clogged only to be given a dismissive look like she didn’t give a shit and couldn’t do anything about it. When I went to fill up my drink, I brought it up again, she dismissed it again, and went into the back room to do other work. I tried the machine 3 more times and on the third attempt I got what was essentially a cup of barely carbonated water that looked like it had flakes of flavouring syrup or something floating around it, likely from the machine not being cleaned properly or at all. The entire time we were there, the woman working also had one AirPod in and was talking like she was having a personal call with someone. I don’t think i will get Subway from this location again.

  Staff were rude, completely disregarded the customer before me which hadn't finished their order yet and the food was subpar.

  Your employee on a Monday at 3 PM was too busy in the back room restocking stuff that she couldn’t come out and help a customer after waiting for close to five minutes we left poor poor customer service. Shame on you, Subway®.

  The store’s posted closing time is 9:30 PM, as displayed on the door and on Google. However, when I arrived at 9:05 PM to place a takeout order, a female employee informed me that the store was already closed. If the store is closing earlier than advertised, the operating hours should be updated. Additionally, I have noticed that when the owner prepares online orders, the sandwiches often contain noticeably smaller portions than expected.

  Wierd experience today, when I was asked to put on cheese I said Habanero Jack cheese and insisted me to make the payment(felt weird as I never was asked to pay before I customize my sub.) After paying and getting my sub I realized he just didn't add any cheese it it. The sub was super dry as the bread was stale. The employee and owner saving 2 bucks on cheese made me think as of they paying out of their pockets!
