  I came here Monday August 10th at 8:38 mind you, they opened at eight and nothing was prepared or ready… We had to wait on ordering our food because she didn’t have anything ready. Which defeats the purpose of fast food…. when she was making our sandwich’s, she was putting barely anything. we had to ask for more cheese and got charged for it because she literally put almost nothing on them. then on top of that when we went to pay, she tried charging me for adding bacon to my sub. Mind you I didn’t add extra bacon, I only asked for bacon to be put on it… mind you i have been ordering the same sub for years, At many different locations within kw, as well as outside of KW Never once have I ever been charged for bacon! After confronting her and asking her why I was charged For adding bacon, she got rude and argumentative. I tried explaining nicely that I have never been charged before and I’m truly confused. she was still argumentative back. and Eventually charged me for a turkey bacon club…. After this experience, I will not be coming to this location ever again. I hope the Management at this location, talks to the girl. And gives her proper training.

  I went to subway today at 530pm. I asked for a bacon chicken foot long. I noticed it looked like there was only bacon on it so I asked to confirm that there was chicken on it which the worker said there was. Once she toasted it I saw there was zero chicken at all. Then when I go to pay I got a combo.. a drink and chips with it. The amount came to $27. I Coke to this location many times and it is always $19. I asked to confirm that she put the combo in and she replied saying the deal of the day is the teriyaki… that’s not what I asked. The other customer in the store even said “that seems a little expensive”. Which is was correct since it’s always $19 when I go. Therefore the worker I believe charged me individually for each item instead of the combo that I asked for 3 times. I am not happy with this experience and am very disappointed since this is my main subway. I will not becoming back after this experience. I would not recommend.

  Took home supper from here recently. Subs were delicious and jam packed of vegetables. Special thanks to Yashleen who took my order. She is truly a Subway Sandwich Artist! Delicious!!! Will certainly return to this location again!!!

  I loved everything about this location. The service and everything was top notch and employee Gary was a major reason i enjoyed my time in this location
