  The experience is so weird I ordered three subs from where he forget to put cheese the bread was not toasted please train employee properly to read the order and process it i don't know the exact name of the employee I am very unhappy with the service the management at the store should take this thing seriously🙃🙃🙃😒😒

  Since when can you not pick your cheese? My subs were being made and another lady came over and took all the cheese off our subs and said we can't have that cheese. She made us take regular white only. She also argued, when I said I have never had a problem choosing which cheese. Who would do that? The cheese is allready on the buns. I then looked for a customer service # or website. SUBWAY offers no customer feedback and has no interest in hearing unhappy customers. Try contacting subway about a bad experience. The website leads to nowhere.

  I ordered 2 cold cut subs with a coupon and they asked what cheese I would like. I asked for cheddar on one and spicy habanero on the other. They put the cheese on and then another lady came over and said I couldn’t have that cheese and took it off my sub and threw it back in with the other cheese. She then argued with me for 10 minutes saying Im not allowed to have that cheese and gave me the plain cheese on both. She was also being rude and unprofessional when confronted about it. She accused me of lying and changed her story saying she only took half off my sub because I apparently ordered double cheese when I never mentioned double cheese. I watched her take all the cheese fully off and put it back in the cheese container. The first lady that helped me was nice and helpful but the other one was rude and disrespectful. Her name was Jashin? She wouldn’t tell me her name properly she mumbled it so I couldn’t fully hear then never repeated it. I am very upset she also wouldn’t allow me to talk to the manager about this and told me to leave the store after.

  Every time I order online, they cannot get the order right. I would advise if you want an online order special press send when you get in the store and watch them make it.

  Terribly slow service. Prioritizes online orders over actual in person customers and doesn’t even acknowledge them. Only had one employee working at dinner time. Employees was wearing gloves used to make subs and touching all the cabinets and bread machine and then touching the food without changing gloves.
