  Should have listened to the people leaving when we arrived… find a different subway! Two people “working”, one just standing around and the other kept walking away from the long line up in front of us

  The man who made my sandwich was very kind. The first time I had my families subs made here they put as little toppings as possible. So I tried two more times and it was the same problem. I doubt the subs are being made to Subways standards, I have never seen someone put only 4 pieces of tomato and peppers on a footlong and such a thin layer of rotisserie chicken. These sandwiches are too expensive for the company to be holding off on the toppings.

  Disappointing Experience This was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. I’m not writing this because I’m angry — I’m writing it because I’m genuinely disappointed and feel that customers deserve better. The level of professionalism and respect at this location was extremely disappointing. I was also very concerned by the way food was being handled. I observed what appeared to be old food being reused, vegetables that appeared freezer-burnt, and food-handling practices that did not give me confidence in the freshness or quality of what was being served. What bothered me even more was the way reviews were being encouraged. I witnessed customers being offered incentives in exchange for leaving reviews, which completely defeats the purpose of having honest customer feedback. Customers should be able to trust that the food they’re purchasing is fresh, properly handled, and prepared with care — and they should certainly be treated with basic respect. I have no problem supporting a business when the service and quality are good, but after this experience, I personally would not return to this location. I strongly recommend that management take a serious look at the food-handling practices, freshness of ingredients, staff professionalism, and the way customer reviews are being solicited. I will never return here again. I wish I can add the video I have, I truly believe this place would be closed the same day. Sad that people are willing to give a bad place 5 Star reviews for food, we need to do better.
