  This was our first time ordering from Mucho Burrito, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We placed an online order, but one employee rudely told us that they did not have our order. The order name was clearly mentioned on the receipt attached to the takeout bag, yet he continued asking what time we placed the order instead of checking properly. Customer service is very important, and staff should know how to speak respectfully with customers. the rude behavior was unacceptable. We are sorry that our first visit turned out this way, and sadly, it will also be our last. “ CHECK THE RECEIPT FOR NAME”

  This is hands down my favourite burrito spot. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently friendly and welcoming. I’ll happily drive out of my way just to stop here for lunch whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommend!

  Really poor service by the owner -- I was not given enough veggies as they were hardly there- when I asked , the owner made a very bad face , after that I asked to put hot sauce , he raised his voice and threw the tray very loudly , that why you want sauce ... I said , isn't it my choice , he made a very bad face and looked aggressively at me ... I told him you are very rude to me - he coldly replied he doesn't want to talk and walked away I told him , I'll put a review about it Pathetic service- pathetic owner . Lost me as their client today ... better to go the other location but this location , owner is very rude !
