Maria and Anisha did great job. I asked them if they could do a fresh burger and they did exactly how I wanted it. No place has better onion rings than Harvey's. The place was clean and the washrooms were well kept which is rare for so many other fast food places. Great customer service, happy people making our experience a beautiful thing.

I had an amazing experience at Harvey’s on Westmount Road East! From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a great atmosphere.
My order was prepared quickly, and the food was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly, the toppings were fresh, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. What really stood out was the excellent customer service—everyone was professional, patient, and genuinely seemed to care about providing a great dining experience.
It’s clear that the team takes pride in their work and goes the extra mile to make customers feel valued. This location consistently delivers quality food and outstanding service, making it one of the best Harvey’s restaurants I’ve visited. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal and exceptional customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again!
The manager at this location was so kind! After I placed an order on the Harvey's app, I realized it was placed as a pick-up order instead of delivery. I called the store, and the manager offered to drop it off since it had already been prepared. Thank you!

I have consistently had a great experience at this location. The staff are always friendly, and the food quality has been excellent every time I visit. I have never had any issues or incorrect orders, which shows strong attention to detail and customer service. I’ve been a regular customer for years and truly appreciate the consistent service. While occasional mistakes can happen in any business, I believe the team here genuinely cares about their customers and works hard to get things right.

I had a terrible experience at the Harvey’s Kitchener location on 1111 Westmount Rd. I made an online order using the app, chose a monthly coupon, and paid with Apple Pay. When I went to pick up my food, they gave me only half of the order and insisted I go inside to show them the receipt.
Inside, the cashier had a terrible attitude and told me that I couldn’t use my coupons online. He explained that I had to go inside and show them in person, which I didn’t understand because I’d always ordered online and used coupons without any issues for years. He was disrespectful, talking loudly in front of everyone, and made me feel embarrassed. I decided to leave the food there and call customer services.
As a frequent customer from other Harvey’s locations, I’d never encountered anything like this. Customer services said the money would be refunded after two days. They apologized for the mistake and explained that the cashier’s attitude and information were incorrect. Later, the “manager” called me several times, trying to get an explanation and refusing to let us talk. He did offer to bring the food again, but at this point, I only wanted my money back.
They wasted our time, and I don’t want to go back to that place. Today, the manager called me again, offering to bring the money to my house. I refused and called customer services again, but they couldn’t provide us with all the information we needed. We asked her to make sure the manager knew to call us again or we would report it as harassment.
At this point, I just want to warn anyone who considers ordering from this location. The customer service is terrible, and it’s sad because Harvey’s was my favourite place to order anything until now.
