  I had the Double with Cheddar & Curly Fries. So good! I hadn't had one since the 90's. Fresh, satisfying & so filling. Really liked their options of free dipping sauce. Great atmosphere, Excellent friendly service. Clean, too. There were a few things on the menu, in regards to variety, looking forward to sampling more of their menu.

  Service was perfectly acceptable for a fast food restaurant. The restaurant itself seemed like it hadn't been renovated since 2010. That isn't necessarily an issue but it just means the vibes weren't anything spectacular. The men's bathroom was stinky, the floor was sticky, and the urinal was entirely too far off the ground. I would say I'm pretty average in height and opted for the toilet otherwise my balls would be touching the bottom of the urinal. What was especially egregious was the food. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwhich and curly fries. The fries were good but the sandwhich was not. The only thing on the burger was way too much lettuce and the chicken itself. The whole sandwhich was absolutely swimming in the most watery hot sauce known to man and the whole thing was a saugy mess. The lack of toppings was sort of my fault, I looked back at the menu listing and the only toppings it mentioned were lettuce, Parmesan cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch. That being said there was no cheese and the regular crispy chicken sandwhich has tomato so why wouldn't the buffalo? It was very disappointing because I was eating with someone and they ordered a triple cheese turkey BLT. It was large, had plenty of toppings, was not messy, and they let me have a bite and it was delicious. If I ever end up back at an Arbeys I will certainly try that. But in general their menu is extremely hit or miss. A lot of their sandwhiched are bland and by default hardly come with any toppings. But some of their other menu items are fantastic! Overall my most recent experience at this particular establishment was not a positive one.

  I recently went here with my family, i order 90$ worth of food for the whole family, and first they forgot the fries that i ordered, i had to go back in to get them, i then looked through my bags and noticed i did not have one of the sandwiches i ordered. i went back through the drive through, and was questioned and made a fool of because THEY forgot. They kept saying they gave it, when obviously they did not. This staff was rude and arrogant. I felt belittled, and i got a simply very shy “sorry”, nothing else for my time wasted. The manager of this establishment should be ASHAMED, of their staff, and performance. specifically the staff on wednesday september 2 around 8 pm - 8:30. I hope the manager will take this opportunity to retrain their staff members on customer service. Thank you.

  I love Arby’s. It’s a nice change from all the other basic fast food spots. Their menu is good, restaurant is clean, service is friendly and food is tasty! I just wish they had locations in Toronto!
