  Save yourself the headache and avoid this place as much as possible. No point in ordering ahead cause if theres any issues they will make it your fault. And definitely dont bother using coupons on the app because if theres a technical glitch and something goes wrong then your SOL on the deal since they will say not their problem. The costumer service is the absolute worse I have ever received. I will not step foot in this establishment again.

  i dont usually eat here...been years and years but options r limited in Kirkland Lake, Ontario and i dont like mr sub who used to be fantastic many many moons ago now has gone to shit! the first time i went service was great this last time i went was aweful! the employee was so non responcive it was annoying. i had to repeatidly ask for sandwich meat as she wanted to keep giving me shredded/chunk dried up chicken...everything i asked for i had to repeat. my husband was sitting waiting for me and could not believe the hassle this girl was...i asked about the soup and she showed me brocc cheddar soup so dried up and looking really bad...this lady should not be working here. the first lady i delt with a few days before this visit was awesome! i wish i could say this about my last visit. so with that said when i do go back and this girl is there i will promptly be walking out. smh!!

  Great service, fresh food, and friendly staff. Everything was prepared perfectly and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Really enjoyed my meal and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended! 🥪

  At 10:45 pm I began to order meals for 3 people. The Door Dash website is so slow it's practically dial-up speed from 25 years ago. Then every time I pushed the credit card tab it went to Paypal and froze up. After spending over 20 minutes trying to pay, and an hour overall on this absolute piece of crap website I gave up. It was now 10 minutes to closing and I tried to just phone the order in for pick-up. No answer on the phone. I'll never waste my time with either Door Dash nor Subway again. Tomorrow I'm having Mr. Sub for lunch, it just opened, but there's no way it could be worse...
