    The young worker is ruining this establishment Came to eat inside since my baby was sleeping at home so I decided to dine in by myself None of the tables were clean the young woman went and likely sat on her phone in the back as so many of us had asked her to refill the lids and there were none and she continued not to. She just hid in the back Didn’t have a relaxing time like I wanted to dining in as the younger man decided to connect his Bluetooth phone and put on absolutely blaring techno songs for the 20 minutes I had to eat my lunch I never felt so uncomfortable but didn’t want to go eat the rest of my meal at home to wake up the baby- This guy will put out this business Had all his friends walk in they all fist pump each other as he’s making sandwiches- disgusting!!! I never want to go back I had never seen two teenagers take over a business this way I am surprised the other comments do not say so but probably their friends who come In

    I came in last night around 830-9:00pm. Looked like a busy night was had....not much bread left! Quinten was a very helpful and made our subs just perfect. He was definitely the nicest person we have dealt with there!

    I am beyond frustrated with the absolutely terrible customer service I received at Subway Kingsville May,14/2026 at roughly 6:30pm. I placed an order through the app for dinner for my family, but the app was clearly having issues with the order time and instructed me to call the store. I called TWICE no answer either time. I then drove to the store myself only to be told they never received my order. The employees even had another worker reprint receipts to double check and still claimed nothing came through. Meanwhile, I showed them proof that the money was taken from my bank account AND that my Subway points I had been saving were also used. Instead of trying to help, the employee started flinging his arms around saying, “What do you want me to do about it?” and then flat out said, “There’s nothing I can do,” telling me to contact the Subway app and complain about the store. Contacting an app to complain about a store through a robot is not going to get me my money back or my food. There’s no actual customer service number, no real support, and no help available. So not only was I charged for food my family never received, but my points were basically stolen too. I even had to call my bank and file a fraud claim for a purchase I made but never received, and now I have to wait and see if the claim even goes through. It gets even worse. I later called back asking for the district manager’s number. The employee told me they would call me back. After waiting 20 minutes with no call, I called again asking for the number and was told the manager wasn’t there then the employee HUNG UP on me. Completely unacceptable customer service from start to finish. No accountability, no professionalism, no attempt to resolve the issue, and absolutely no care that a paying customer left without food or a refund. Subway seriously needs to fix their app issues and properly train employees on how to handle customer concerns instead of brushing people off, throwing their hands in the air, and hanging up on customers.
