  I came here yesterday, one of the WORST subways i have ever been to. The service workers were very rude, she wasn’t paying attention at all to what i was ordering and was talking to her co worker instead. I kept having to repeat myself because she was more focused on whatever conversation they were having in her language. I felt like a burden, like me ordering was such a hassle. They were all giving me dirty looks, and it was overall the RUDEST place i have been to in awhile. She also charged me extra when i said i wanted a fountain drink but charged me for a bottled. and couldn’t refund it. They can talk when i leave, there was no professionalism or even a touch of respect towards me. a subway sandwich shouldn’t take 15 mins to make and me repeatedly telling her if i want a vegetable or not😭. Fix this.

  driving in the middle of my night shift to come find out that the only 24 hr subway in kingston is closed was egregious. the “open” sign was still lit up. there was just a paper on the door saying they were closed from 2am-7am. there should be a way for subway to show that they’re not available on their app, which i checked before driving, like other fast food restaurants (unless the employees just didn’t do it on their end tonight). i should have known when my payments kept saying error but taking money from my cards lol. i feel like kingston stores keep ragebaiting me with being closed and just slapping a piece of paper on the door. happened a lot to me during the winter. super inconvenient for people who take public transit or go out of their way to come to the store. i expect more in 2026.

  Lady working was not friendly. Pop machine was not working. Unable to use coupons, only online. Not able to figure out online app and no help offered. As usual no soup. Staff seem to be yelling in the back. Sadly, we have been regular customers of this location for years but will have to look for another location. Definitely not what it used to be. It is nice that it is open 24 hours though.

  I walked in and asked for the Saturday meal of the day, upgraded to a footlong. What I received was not a turkey sub, but a chicken one. I didn’t even realize she had put chicken on the sandwich until it was far too late. My total came to $18, which was about $8 more than I expected/than what I had actually ordered.
