  I visit this around 9:50 am they said it’s not open yet and ask the opening time they said its 10:00 am and I wait until 10:20 am even other customers were visiting and leaving but nobody was coming out to serve Very bad experience even I visited many times at aberfoyle subway before opening everytime they just let me get inside and serve me. Very Disappointed just because because not get served even opening hours.

  I visited the location yesterday around 6:40pm and I had a disappointing experience due to very poor customer service. The staff member appeared uninterested and handled the food carelessly, tossing ingredients while making negative facial expressions. This behavior wasn’t just directed at me—I noticed the same attitude with the customer ahead of me. She was not wearing a hairnet while preparing food, which is concerning from a hygiene standpoint. Overall, it created an uncomfortable environment and reflected poorly on the establishment. I hope management addresses these issues promptly.

  Ordered a tuna 6" sandwich. The tuna was so watered down it driped out of the bun. I asked for cucumber they put 3 slices, I looked at her she put on one more slice. I was NOT impressed. Will not be returning. I understand their costs have gone up. This was over the top .. I'll go elsewhere...

  First time visiting this store, and I was really impressed with the service. The food was great, and Jaz is incredibly attentive to customer satisfaction. I’ve seen Jaz working at another Subway store before, and I’m so happy to see him now managing this location too!Highly recommend this store!
