  Completely wrong order wasted 32 bucks I ordered 2 hours to closing with pick-up at 11:30 prior to closing and my food was made early and go soggy with the wrong ingredients on 2 of the subs and now I have to go out after an 11 hour shift to buy more food since my partner can’t eat some of the topping on the soaked sub and on top of that because of this I have to go in the next day and complain on my only day off and all of this could have been avoided is the worker just took their time and made sure the order was correct before throwing it in a bad poorly wrapped, I don’t write reviews often but I am beyond livid.

  I placed an online order at Subway and wanted my sub extra toasted. Since there was no option in the app to request that, I waited near the counter so I could politely let the employee know once they started preparing my order. Instead of understanding the situation, the employee immediately told me not to stand there and said I would get my order when it was ready. When I explained that I was only trying to mention the extra toasting request because the app didn’t allow it, she seemed offended that I was waiting nearby. I understand staff are busy, but the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and unwelcoming. Better communication and customer service would have made the experience much better.

  Je suis sincèrement choqué par l'attitude grossière et négligente du personnel. Je ne recommanderai cet endroit à personne. Message aux employés : si vous n'êtes pas motivés pour faire votre travail, merci de ne pas vous en prendre aux clients. Le respect élémentaire ne coûte rien.

  Staff was friendly and efficient even though there was a bit of rush. Definitely one of the best subway.
