  Careful ordering online. They don’t answer their phones. Called 13 times within a 30 mins window and got the voicemail everytime. Needed to call to get some things fixed from a skip order.

  Always a solid, reliable option when you want a quick meal. The ingredients are always fresh, the bread smells amazing as soon as you walk in, and it's nice being able to build the sandwich exactly how you want it. The staff is usually pretty quick even when it gets busy.

  I placed an online order at around 5:15. When I arrived they apologized because it was not ready and going to take them 5-10min, no problem. Im typing this review at 5:55 still waiting in the restaurant as I watched them make sandwiches for every single person who walked in the store after me. It had to be 10+ in about 45min time. Finally after the stream of customers left with their sandwiches they walked in and ordered they FINALLY start making mine. Don’t you think that they should have maybe made the pre ordered sandwich first before taking roughly 10+ order throughout the next 45 minutes? Won’t be coming back. It would have been much quicker to walk in and just order in the lineup. 45 minute wait for subway when it’s not even busy is absurd.
