  Had a great sandwich, always the way I want. Top notch service by Irfan! always see a happy face and feel welcomed! Highly recommended.

  Last Friday morning around 10 am , I picked up a topping platter from Subway lassale plaza and had a really great experience. The platter was fresh, clean, and very nicely presented. All the vegetables were super fresh and the presentation was very clean and attractive. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks to the whole team for maintaining such quality and consistency. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

  July 15, Wednesday around 7:53, Very disappointed with my experience. I visited this Subway with my family, expecting a pleasant meal, but unfortunately, the experience was far from it. The staff member had a poor attitude, was unfriendly, and was not helpful. She told us that the griller had been discontinued, but I confirmed the situation on the spot with my contact, who verified that it had not been discontinued. There was no reason to provide incorrect information. If an item is unavailable, customers deserve an honest explanation rather than inaccurate information. Good customer service is built on honesty, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression on my family and me. I hope management looks into this matter and addresses both the staff’s attitude and the misinformation provided to customers. Really disappointed—100%.
