This location is a must when you Come to Keswick. Nav the manager is amazing, she goes above and beyond to please her customers, she greets her cistomers with a beautiful smile, shes polite, friendly, courteous and a very happy woman. Calib is amazing young man , he went above and beyond to make my experience easy . I dont eat meat and he accommodated me with changing his gloves as per my request. Went for 2 burgers with the works and frings with one order, fries with the other and a bacon poutine…. Got the poutine (the gravy was saltier than usual) the burgers ONLY had hot peppers and nothing else and no frings with the one order, not a good experience at all!!

Of all the Fast Food Burger places along Woodbine in Keswick Harveys frustrates me the most. I won't even go through the drive through my lunch isn't long enough. I can only get the wrong order so many times before I stop coming.
Rude girl no hi how are you enjoy your lunch nothing only what do you want and bye she mad cause it was two orders rolled her eyes back at us she’s a manager there where’s glasses always short and then with tats on her hands super rude of you don’t like your job go somewhere else
I don’t leave negative reviews, but after multiple experiences like this, I feel I have to say something. This location has consistently had extremely long wait times, both inside and in the drive-thru. During my visit today, I placed my order at 1:45pm and waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru for just two burger combos, which is simply unreasonable.
Unfortunately, the long wait wasn’t even the most frustrating part—my order was still incorrect. I specifically asked for one burger with everything including hot peppers, and the other with everything but no pickles. Instead, I received no hot peppers and the second burger still had pickles. Even the fries portion was unfairly small.
It’s disappointing to experience such consistent delays and inaccuracies. I’ve had incorrect toppings, incorrect orders, missing gravy/chalet sauce, missing utensils, butter, buns, the list goes on. I understand that things can get busy, but this has become a pattern rather than a one-off situation. At this point, it’s hard to consider this a “fast food” experience at all. I hope improvements can be made.
