We had a very unpleasant experience at this location’s drive-thru. The employee named Sejal was extremely rude and told us that we were “wasting her window time.” There were no vehicles behind us, so we do not understand how we were wasting anyone’s time.
As a family, this is the first time we have had a negative experience at Taco Bell. We have always enjoyed visiting Taco Bell, which is why this incident was so disappointing.
Dear respected owners and management, please advise your employees on the importance of treating customers with respect and professionalism. We hope steps will be taken to ensure a better experience for future customers.
Decided to try to triple double Crunchwrap supremes, they had less meat than the regular crunchwraps, spread paper thin and only on one side. It was basically only tortilla and lettuce. Weren't even tomatoes? For how much you pay, you'd expect better quality.

They closed the lobby 30 minutes before they were supposed to. It was during a heavy rain so I didn’t want to go through the drive thru to not get the interior of my car wet. I walked in and the guy working was extremely rude and said the lobby was closed (mind you, wasn’t supposed to for another 30 mins) and locked the door right in front of my face. Lost my business as I was NOT going to go to the drive though after how rudely he acted.

I came in at 9:30 p.m on a Wednesday and a very rude Indian man shut down the lobby and locked me and my friend out as he was telling us the lobby is closed which makes no sense as it closes at 12:00 a.m the restaurant. I don’t know what food place closes the lobby 2.5 hours before. He was very rude and woudnt take our order even in drive thru. I liked this location but it has gone down hill
