  Didn't take me right away doing Uber orders first, then after he made a few subs , then made my sub when cutting other subs use the same dirty knife to close my sub I told him not to do it because of cross contamination he said it fine I will not be coming back to this location also no people skills and rude plus didn't have time to wait for him to make a new sandwich had to go to work not happy 😞

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Mandeep. He was friendly, professional, and welcoming from the moment I walked in. He prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted, worked quickly, and made sure everything was fresh. His positive attitude and excellent customer service made my visit enjoyable. Thank you, Mandeep, for the outstanding service—I’ll definitely be coming back!

  A great clean store with lovely subs and cookies. Manjot was very kind and helpful even at the end of a long day's shift when the store was about to close.

  Walked in HAPPILY with my service animal and my kid nephew. The guy at the counter said sorry mam we only allow service animals. Said I have the letter if you wanna see, (mind you usually businesses have enough faith that the customer is being honest) in that case give it a pass). Showed him he read my letter mind you. It is very sensitive to look at somebody’s papers and usually takes me a second to gather my thoughts that unfortunately it is what it is. I took a deep breath to gather my thoughts to order. And the guy says “mam please don’t be mad at me I’m doing my job I can feel your look and I feel offended”….. BROTHER are you good? You are offended all while I’m showing you personal information and trying to just keep the peace by taking a deeps breath to respond and you are jumping to tell meYOU ARE OFFENDED. Next time just focus on taking your order. It wasn’t personal until you somehow got offended. I don’t owe you any extra kindness or smile or any of that. I’m there to give my money and take the food and give the same respect I’m being given. Literally had me waiting 10mins just looking for the letter when I could’ve just been in and out. The person needs to chill and maybe meditate. Also I went back because they barely put cheese told me I’ll get charged ok sure whatever after the drama. Then I come back to a sprinkle of shredded cheese not toasted still. Telling me I don’t need to pay, bro I’m paying to make sure I get enough cheese!!!!! Please don’t offer me cheap free service. And please respect paying customers. Literally went to buy the most simple sandwich with a kid. What should’ve taken me 5 mins quick in and out. Became personal and honestly unnecessary drama. Service animal is just that it’s not a toy to have a letter that says an animal is used for service. I did my part of showing the letter and that should’ve been the end of it. I’m allowed to look however I want, my face is my face. I don’t owe you any smile nor even any expression, you however as a business do owe me proper food and general basics bare minimum service. Guy at the counter needs to practice not taking things personally, like it’s not about you bro. I can literally sigh and not smile or smile or whatever that I want I do not owe you exaggerated kindness. Esp with that kind of assumption and attitude.
