  Gentleman who made the subs couldn’t have been trained. Poor selection of bread. What bread is available is stale. Sub had to be remade due to hair in it. Customer service is trash. If they didn’t have a franchise name behind their “restaurant “ no one would ever stop there due to poor service and food quality. Cookies on display were broken up into crumbs basically. Would never recommend this as an option for take out.

  We visited this location on Labour Day and walked in at about 3:35pm. There was a family of 5 in front of us waiting to be served, but no other customers. We waited, and waited, and waited. Finally the family placed their order and one employee made all of their sandwiches and rang them through the till. There was another employee visible in the back, but they never came out front, even though the employee making the sandwiches requested help. As our 2 sandwiches were being made the employee making them was complaining about their coworker, saying their coworker was on the phone with the manager trying to force them to stay later than when they were scheduled to work. The dining room was a mess, the ingredients were not stocked (they had zero pickles), behind the counter and what could be seen of the kitchen looked super dirty - not just from a busy day, but build up from not being cleaned routinely. The cookies in the display were all crushed, there were only a few that were whole. It was VERY evident this Subway location was understaffed, especially for a busy rest stop on a holiday Monday. The both employees working that day moved at a turtle’s pace, it was wild to see. Our 2 sandwiches took approximately 13 minutes to make, wrap and ring through. We walked in at 3:35pm and finally checked out with our sandwiches at 4:01pm. I’ve NEVER waited so long for a fast food in my life. The manager needs to better train the staff and definitely needs to ensure the store isn’t short staffed like that. We will not stop at this Subway again

  I stopped by for a quick bite on Labor day holiday afternoon and the restaurant was pretty busy with dine-in/take-out customers. My order was filled very professionally and the young sandwich artist courteousely accomodated my request to use a fresh knife to cut my Veggie Delite footlong (to prevent coming into contact with meats). My only observations are the inoperational washroom (go to the larger gas station washroom next door) and the cooling being low (makes a big difference for a weary traveller stopping by).

  My boyfriend and I walked into the store and proceeded to wait 5 minutes before someone came to help us. The lady was ignorant as soon as she saw us. She proceeded to burn my boyfriend’s sub and then wraps it up with all of the toppings falling out of it because she didn’t even close the sub. And for my bowl she did not add rice and the cucumbers were clearly old. When we go to check out she slams my bowl on the counter and goes “hope that’s a good enough salad for you” “hope you can finish it all”. Do not recommend going to this location.
