  Me and my team mate stoped there after our soccer game. We walked in at 830pm and were not greeted or even acknowledged by the only employee working. The employee took almost 10 minutes working on a skip the dishes order before serving us. I asked for a gluten free sandwich as I have an allergy and the employee seemed annoyed with me. After the Employee threw my Sandwich together, they walked over to the door and proceeded to Lock the door and turn off the open sign. Let me remind you, I was still waiting to pay. The employee then went to serve my teammate when a girl walked in. The employee told the girl that they were closed and couldn’t serve her. I looked down at my phone to see what time it was and it was 840pm And the store closed at 9pm. I asked the employee if they knew what time it was and they stated they needed 20 minutes to serve Me and my teammate and the other family that came in after us. The employee was rude when asked why they were closed if it was only 840pm. I ended up leaving After I paid, and I’m not sure if thr Employee ended up serving the girl. Next time I’m in ilderton I will not be going to the subway. Worst customer service I have had in a long time. It’s very unfortunate if this is how customers are treated on a daily basis. Glad I can go to other subways in my city and not be treated this way. I believe the employees name was Jex.

  I walked it was all fine until I ordered and said BLT 6 inch but after a bit I noticed she baked my sub with ham she thought I ordered BMT I told her and she just said we can't do anything about it but then her co worker came out and said we can just add 2 prices of bacon I'm like ok but then when I'm paying I notice she charged me for extra bacon,later while eating it my freind got a bone in his food.

  we've gone to this subway many times as its close to our home, all times we haven't been happy with the subs. never have i had the sub cut all the way through, even though I've asked many times. bread is stale often, rotten lettuce on my sub. Barely any toppings, and have to keep asking for more, more, more, just to get a normal amount of toppings. The girls working there are quiet speakers and can barely hear them, asked for them to speak up and didn't. wouldn't recommend this subway.
