I placed an ONLINE order to make it EASY for the staff. When I got there I just said to add all the veggies, since that part tastes the same anyway. Simple. Then an employee who WASN'T EVEN making my order started butting in with an attitude, saying "we have to go with what's on the paper." I was literally just explaining what it says on the paper to make YOUR job easier! Why the rude behavior when I'm trying to help? And the worst part - she asked my name, I said kuljit, and then she said "can you spell it for me" in the most condescending way. Like what the heck is that? That's my name. Have some basic respect. If you hate your job that much, don't work with customers. Zero customer service, zero professionalism.

Never been to a subway like this, in my entire life. I’m from Toronto, but I’m in town for work till Friday, I’ll be spending my lunch breaks going to subway :)

I asked for meal of day. Told unavailable. I asked for a drink and told, “we don’t have drinks.” I asked for a cup of water and I was told “no”because she’d have to count the cup. I eat at subway over 100 times per year. This was by far the worst.
