  I just arrived in Canada after a long flight, and the first meal I had was at Subway. Mr. Ankur prepared my sandwich, and it was fresh, delicious, and exactly what I needed after traveling. He was welcoming, patient, and genuinely friendly. Even though the restaurant was busy, he served everyone with a smile and made sure my order was perfect. The vegetables were fresh, the bread was soft, and everything tasted amazing. Thank you, Ankur, for making my first meal in Canada such a great one. Outstanding customer service and excellent food. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in the area. Highly recommended!

  I recently visited Subway, and the food was really great, i tried their new bread, it was amazing, better than what I usually get from Toronto downtown stores. The service was outstanding, Ankur Patel, my server was extremely helpful, he greeted me with a smile and positive energy, even though he was handling all the orders alone by himself but he was maintaining a great pace and made sure everyone received their food almost immediately, he was very kind, did a great job with the Sub. Overall great customer service.

  Very disappointing experience last night. The girl working the shift was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Her attitude made both me and my husband feel unwelcome, and she seemed completely uninterested in providing good customer service. The two subs she made were not tasty at all and did not meet the quality we normally expect. We were so disappointed with the food and service that both me and my husband ended up throwing our subs away. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we left feeling extremely dissatisfied.
