I went through the drive-thru at approximately 11:22 PM on June 9, 2026, and was served by Gurleen. Unfortunately, my order was entered incorrectly more than twice, and I felt extremely rushed while ordering despite there being no cars behind me in the drive-thru or waiting in the parking lot. I was given less than two minutes to place my order (regardless of asking for a minute), and it seemed as though random items were being entered rather than what I was actually requesting. The first issue was that I ordered one 4-piece pack of Cinnamon Delights, but I was instead charged for four orders of Cinnamon Twists. While mistakes happen, I had to drive back around and speak with another employee to have the issue corrected and refunded. Nor was given a receipt and had to go back and fourth about the pricing of being charged wrong. During this interaction, the customer service I received was also disappointing. Normally, the staff at this location especially the male employees have always been friendly, helpful, and professional, which is why this experience stood out so much. When I arrived home, I realized there were additional mistakes with my order. I had been given a DLT Taco Supreme Beef that I did not order, and I was missing the two extra Doritos tacos that I ordered alongside my Luxe Box. I had also specifically requested no beans in my burrito, yet it appeared to contain only rice and cheese. I called the restaurant immediately and was told they were closing in ten minutes and that they would simply write down my name so I could come in later. While I appreciate the attempt to resolve the issue, the overall experience was frustrating. I understand that mistakes can happen, especially during busy shifts. However, what made this experience particularly disappointing was the combination of multiple order errors and the attitude I encountered while trying to have them corrected. When a customer spends over $50 on an order, it is reasonable to expect that the order will be taken accurately and prepared correctly. This is also not the first time I have experienced issues at this location. Similar problems have occurred more than three times in a row, which makes it difficult to view this as an isolated incident. I hope this feedback can be used to improve both order accuracy and customer service moving forward. 😒
