  I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but the service I received was really disappointing. I specifically asked for less sauce on my order, but it seemed like that request went completely ignored. The lady taking my order was quite curt and didn't seem to listen to my instructions at all.

  I am really very disappointed. I visited there yesterday with my friend in the evening between 7:30 and 7:45. The lady worker was so rude. First, she made a steak and bacon order, and with the same gloves, she made our food, which was pure vegetarian. She asked for toppings, and my friend asked for other toppings, and she very rudely asked if we wanted lettuce or not. Even though she was rude to her employee, who seemed new, she replied to him very rudely about everything. Very disrespectful and very disappointed. No one deserves this kind of customer service.

  The lady working today around 2p.m. was so rude. Customer service she provided was not acceptable, she made a statement that was insulting as a customer. Continuously staring at us. She was so unfriendly.

  Had a great experience at Subway today! The sandwiches were fresh, perfectly made, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming. Special thanks to Khushi from the staff — she was very polite, friendly, and helped with quick service and great recommendations. Her positive attitude made the visit even better. Highly recommended place for fresh and tasty food!
