  Never have enough meatballs for meatball subs for my family and the produce looks like it came out of the garbage and was recycled and every time I ask about it, they shrugged their shoulders and say this is what they were sent another thing that really upsets me why are these companies asking for tips for their employees? Pay your employees a decent way so you don’t have to beg customers for tips for no reason your customer service should be customary in fast food.

  This place needs some sort of better system because 1 worker at 5 pm is not only disrespectful to the individual worker but an inconvenience to the customers who have to wait because you understaffed and under prepped for an evening.

  I’m honestly really upset with this experience. There was one single employee working, trying to handle everything on their own. My order had been placed 30 minutes ago, and I still waited over 10 minutes in the store for it. At this point, it genuinely would’ve been faster to just walk in and order. This is not the first time this has happened, and I really feel for the employees. These staff members deserve more support and backup in the shop. It’s not fair to have one person trying to keep up with customers and online orders by themselves. The frustration is not directed at the employee — it’s at the lack of support and staffing.

  My "Express pickup" order was not even started past the pickup time. What is the point of ordering ahead if I still have to wait. I think the cheese was also forgotten on my steak and CHEESE. Looks like the steak was basically forgotten too considering there's barely a few pieces in the sandwich. Avoid this subway and the nearby location on Upper Ottawa if you value your money and time
