  I arrived at 7:05. My order should have been ready but it hadn’t even been started. She asked for a few more minutes, which I was trying to be understanding and said okay. Then she proceeded to serve the person after me in line! She must have realized what she was doing because she half made the other customers sandwiches and then started making mine. I wasn’t closely watching as she had the ticket but I noticed she was putting tomatoes on them which I had removed in the app. I mentioned as much but she said her printout had tomatoes. I thought maybe I had screwed up my order and simply asked her to remove them. I got my sandwiches and went to my car. When I opened the one up I realized it was not at all what I had ordered. It had no mayo and spinach on it which I had removed. I checked the app again and confirmed I did not make a mistake in what I ordered. I went back in the restaurant and explained my sandwiches weren’t what I ordered, and that there was no mayo on them. I was then told by the woman that she did put mayo on. I opened the sandwich and showed her there was no mayo. As I was doing so the top bun fell on the floor. I was then told multiple times that they made what I had ordered and that they had to follow the printout ticket. I said this was impossible and showed them my order on the app and in my email. THE PRINTED ORDER DID NOT MATCH THE APP!!!! I was told there must be a bug in the app. Obviously, but now this is somehow my problem. They would not remake my sandwiches or refund me even though I didn’t receive what I’d ordered. I guess at Subway it’s always the customers fault/problem, even when the problem is with the SUBWAY app.

  Amazing experience, Amazing food, aswell as amazing workers. Everyone here is super welcoming hardworking and puts in a lot of effort into their jobs and into the food!

  First time ever being refused extra tomato on a sub anywhere. Response from management was laughable. It simply comes down to poor customer service and the constant shrinking of portions for more profits. Will not return.
