  I ordered a 6”sub teriyaki chicken for my lunch today from this location and since then had something like a food poisoning,I had serious diarrhoea and i felt like my body nearly gave up.I never have had to complain about any food spot before and I am leaving this review here so that people would be aware and would be on a lookout. Seriously if you were using old chicken or old sauce or whatever,just throw them Out.You are putting people’s lives at risk here.

  A woman who claims to be the manager refused to refund my money or remake the sub when The employee put too much House sauce on it and my daughter wouldn’t eat it. The manager continue to tell me that it was my daughter’s fault for the employee, putting too much sauce on when my daughter specifically asked for one line of the sauces. Mind you, I also let the manager know that my daughter has a sensory issue and the sloppy mess isn’t something that she can eat or enjoy. I tried to politely remind the manager that there is obviously a disconnect in communication and that she should agree to disagree and just make the sub like a good customer service representative should. She refused to remake or refund . Mind you, The employee had a Hijab on around her neck and went to pull it over her head with gloves on and try to continue making the sandwich, I had to correct her twice when she then went to replace the gloves without washing her hands . I began recording her when she Offered to make a 6 inch and let me also graciously keep the sloppy mess of the foot-long that I had already paid for. She then started Expressing that she felt scared because I was recording and I reminded her that in Canada, it’s not illegal to record people. Again, let’s reiterate the fact that I’m recording, not being threatening or belligerent. This Woman has absolutely no integrity, customer service skills, or basic communication skills. I grew up in this area, I am a regular at this subway, and this woman is the epitome of how a true honest Manager should conduct themselves. I brought my daughter over to the centre mall one and got fantastic service and Was reminded on how a franchise Is supposed to behave under the subway code of contact.

  Unprofessional and lazy guy. Always this guy waste my time. Please put some other staff with him to help him. He cannot manage the store. I don't know how u hire him. If next time I saw this guy in the store I will not come to pick the food. Thanks

  Came in today with my daughter. We're standing around for 2 minutes before I had to say something to get her attention. Then she proceeded to tell us, wait 5 minutes while she did something in the back. I'm thinking to myself you could have did that after we placed our order, and had left. There's no one else in here. So we left and went to McDonald's
