  the gujrati guy who worked at 1 am today at the counter was extremely rude for no reason. he decided to clean the oven for the subs at 1 am and when asking why at 1 am when alot of customers come in at that time on weekends he said “when else am i supposed to clean it ?” leading him to denying the 6 customers after us as well on their orders. he rejected 6 orders and we come to this subway often during these hours. he denied 6 orders in the span of 5 minutes, i’m sure that’s not right. weekend nights are usually busy, and every other employee has never decided to clean the oven at prime hours.if he thinks night shift means no work at a 24 hour subway makes sense, it doesn’t. extremely rude and bad for businesses as he rejected 6 orders on a weekend night at 1 am bc he decided to clean the oven at prime time. he also said he refuses to put sauces on the side when we asked for an alternative to still purchase, he said no alternatives. i manage a fast food restaurant for a few years, i would’ve fired him on the spot.

  Why are you open 24/7 if you can’t serve at 5-5-30 I showed up at 5 and she said I can’t server for 20 mins. Bullshit I drove here I hate subway. False advertisement.

  I visited today, and honestly the experience was not good at all. The girl working there was very rude and seemed to be in such a hurry the entire time. She wouldn’t even give us enough time to properly look at what we wanted. The way she kept saying “what’s next?”, “what else do you want?” repeatedly felt very rushed and unwelcoming. Overall, it was a really unpleasant experience and definitely not the kind of customer service you expect.
