  Very disappointing experience at this Subway location. The employees were extremely rude and disrespectful when we asked for a simple request regarding the sauce. Instead of responding politely, they spoke to us in a harsh manner and made us feel uncomfortable.

  I am writing to complain about the extremely rude and unprofessional service we experienced at your Subway location. During our visit, we placed an order and politely asked if some additional sauce could be added. Instead of responding respectfully, the employees spoke to us in a very rude and harsh manner. We were told that sauce had already been added at the bottom and that they could not add any more. We understand that there may be store policies regarding additional ingredients, but the way the employees communicated this to us was completely inappropriate and disrespectful. What made the situation worse was that our order was thrown onto the counter by an employee. This was very disrespectful and made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome as customers. We were not being disrespectful or aggressive toward the employees; we simply made a reasonable request about our food. Customers should be treated with basic courtesy and respect, even when employees cannot accommodate a particular request. We were very disappointed with the attitude and behavior we experienced during our visit. I request that management please look into this incident, speak with the employees involved, and take appropriate steps to ensure customers are treated respectfully in the future.

  Very rude. Bad service.bad attitude. No experience at all. we already informed the person she’s vegetarian do not touch the meat and the vegetarian, but they mix it up and say arguing with me for no reason because we ordered the vegetarian and the great Canadian veggie Perry is vegetarian and she only eat vegetarian on Friday.

  Well, I went to this subway and ask to use washroom, only one person was there staff, he informed that washroom is for customers only. So, if u wanna use washroom you must be a customer means i have to buy 🍔 burger. Is this the sale strategy of Subway Outlet?
