  I visited this place today and had one of the best customer service experience. Arsh was very sweet and friendly. Food was great. Must recommended to all!

  This is my favourite location at Fennell and Upper Ottawa. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's always clean and they have 2 washrooms. My favourite sandwich artist is Maitri! She always greets me with a big warm smile. She knows my typical order, and knows just the right questions to ask without too many assumptions. A work friend has been coming here for years, and knows the owner/family well. Highly recommend.

  Came in to get something, asked what's in the bowl, the guy listed everything but could not say avocado so I had to guess that's what he meant. Even worse, he thought I wanted 4 sandwiches when I never said 4. I couldn't understand why he was slicing 4 subs. He was essentially accusing me, and his co-worker of course agreed with him. Didn't like how I was served. I speak English in a distinct coherent manner. Never had a problem with other people. This isn't a case of a misunderstanding, it's a case of arrogance at its finest.

  Ordered three subs, everything made the way we wanted. However, my footlong was not cut in half and was a bit difficult to eat with almost everything falling out. I did cut it myself though afterwards.

  The staff here is always so friendly and quick with an order, great space to sit in and eat as well.
