  I visited the store on Thursday. I can’t stop myself to write here about the wonderful customer service I received by Yugansh. He was super polite and helped me with latest deals as well. I will suggest everyone to visit this location. Alot of positive vibes in the store.

  **⭐☆☆☆☆ (1 Star)** I am absolutely appalled by the shocking lack of customer service and outright hostility I experienced at this location. I was standing outside the store and walked in to use the washroom. The employee, Yogesh, immediately started aggressively arguing with me, yelling that the washroom was for "customers only." Even though I heard him the first time and tried to de-escalate the situation by simply walking away, he refused to let it go. He repeatedly tried to pick a fight with me, yelling across the store in front of 5 to 6 other customers who were watching the whole thing unfold. He kept shouting, "Can't you see the washroom is for customers only?" and topped it off by aggressively telling me, "Can't you read? This is my private property!" What Yogesh didn't bother to check before publicly humiliating me is my loyal history with this specific location. I have countless receipts on my DoorDash app proving exactly how much money I spend here regularly. To be treated like a trespasser and publicly harassed by staff on a power trip is completely unacceptable. I only asked for his name so I could report this total lack of basic professionalism. Because of Yogesh's toxic attitude, I will never, ever step foot into this specific restaurant again. Management needs to train their staff on how to speak to people, because yelling at loyal patrons in front of a full store is disgusting behavior. Avoid this location.

  Best subway location in hamilton, guri is very attentive, she always has her station shiny clean even if shes busy and shes really kind, will always come back because of her 10/10 recommend , thank you guri!
