  ⭐ 0 Star Very disappointing customer service. The staff was rude, unhelpful, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. There was no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but customers should still be treated with respect. The overall experience was frustrating and definitely not what I expect when paying for food. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer-service training to Yugansh. He called himself a manager and did not even knew how to make a veggie power bowl that is the menu more than a year.

  I have been visiting this place for long time now and the girls have been super nice however the experience that I had recently was very awful. There was a guy serving us who called himself a manager but was extremely rude, argumentative and unfriendly. First of all he told us the veggie power bowl he are asking for does not exist. We had to cancel our order midway since he kept on showing his attitude when we told him our preference of food. He called himself a manager and did not even know subways menu and said he has not prepared this power bowl for 2 years. In fact called us rude for his behavior. I have never encountered this ever as customer service in my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I am sorry but thought of letting everyone know.

  Went in to use washroom and buy a sandwhich and was denied due to not being a customer first when I had to use the washroom badly. It’s was only to pee but I won’t be spending my money somewhere who doesn’t respect people like that. Spent my money next door at kebab shop way better anyways.
