  I am writing to make a complaint regarding the way my daughter was treated by staff while trying to place an order at your restaurant. My daughter was attempting to use a gift card to pay a portion of her order, with the remaining balance to be paid using her debit card. When the employee scanned the gift card, they told her it had a zero balance and were dismissive and rude toward her instead of trying to help resolve the issue. The staff then told her to download the app and try placing the order online instead. When she did this, the app clearly showed that the gift card actually had approximately $15 available on it. However, because the app required a credit card to pay the remaining balance, my daughter was unable to complete the order online since she only has a debit card. At no point did the staff attempt to figure out why the balance was not showing properly on their end when they scanned the card in store. Instead of helping, they continued to give my daughter a hard time and treated her disrespectfully throughout the interaction. My daughter became upset and said she would just leave, and the employees responded by saying “good” and laughing at her as she walked away. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially toward a young customer. Regardless of any issue with payment, customers should be treated with basic respect and courtesy. I would appreciate this matter being looked into and addressed with the staff involved so this does not happen to someone else in the future. Thank you.

  We went to subway Queenston Rd Hamilton. yesterday. we got 2 subs. The sub bun was stale. I went back in to let the counter person know. The reply was she just made the bread an hour ago. I have gone to that subway for years this is the first time we have had an issue. I felt the other bread she just made. that bread was fresh. the counter person did nothing to fix the situation. We were served day old bread. See attaached photos showing the bread crumble.

  SCAM ALERT!! Beware when Kushi is there she will put tips into your bill and blame it on you. Wasted my 1 hour saying it she couldn't refund me.. Check your receipts.. you'll be surprised you see tips added to your bill without you knowing.

  If your coming to this subway and you got MEGHAVI to serve that’s best thing of the day . Came to this subway today to get my lunch , Thanks to MEGHAVI she made my experience amazing in here. She’s very hard working as well as polite. Will come again here for sure.. Must visit this place
