  I’ve bought at this location a lot. Went there today at 3:15. Was surprised it was empty but glad because I was in a rush. Girl working was scrolling on her phone. Then her phone rang as she looks at me still waiting. She answers and proceeds to talk, smiling and laughing, definitely a personal call. I finally just walked out. Will never go here again Worst customer service ever

  First off I’d like to say the staff at this location are by far the best! They are always helpful and I haven’t had a single issue with their service. The reason I give 1 star for atmosphere is the fact that everytime I go in there they are playing country music non stop, nothing against country music but the staff are literally being forced to listen to music that has been proven to make people miserable. Is this some sort of tactic by the owner? Is this a way of punishing staff? Forcing employees from different cultural backgrounds to listen to the most extreme white people music ? This is terrible at least give the employees a choice of what genre they listen to it doesn’t have to be their personal music but at least let them turn on top 40 or at least soft rock or anything. I believe this creates a toxic environment for us customers who despise country music and the poor employees who have to work a full shift listening to this depressing music. Please if the owner reads this, give your employees a choice of music stations even if it’s just a few. I have spoken to multiple customers at this location who agree with me that it’s not right. It’s almost like mental terrorism. P.S treat your employees better and stop making them work alone overnight, it’s Hamilton have you not seen the news lately? Have some humanity and stop pushing workers to do the online orders and walk ins alone. What if someone fell in the back and no other employee is there to notice or help? Are you up all night watching your surveillance cameras to help this person? Liability 101 protect your employees.

  The service was unfortunately very very slow. They are clearly understaffed. I was here at around midnight so understandably I don’t expect things to be in full swing, but with the amount of online orders and the additional few visitors in the restaurant it was quite unreasonably slow.

  Meet was there for 2 days from this subway branch gave is the best subways of our life! Usually even we order with more veggies and sauces.. subway here is very dry when we pickup.. but last time was the best when we were there to pickup …..
