  Honestly my experience was shocking. Keep in mind the server was nice and felt bad. But I went here right at 5pm (usual time) I ordered tacos but they were out of taco tortillas. Okay no probs I switched to burrito. The entire food prep station was disgusting. Most of the meat was dried out and definitely had been sitting there for a while. I asked for chicken and he did end up getting a fresh chicken out of a drawer somewhere. Asked for lettuce and pulled out a bag from under the counter. When I tell you this bag of lettuce was rancid it had looked like it’d been sitting in the fridge open for days. The leaves were brown and starting to liquify. I asked if that was the only lettuce they had and he said yes. So I asked if it was okay if I passed and I walked out. That’s honestly wild to me. I’m surprised no one’s gotten sick from here and honestly think you guys need to fix this quickly before you get the health board called on you. Also to add your door is unacceptable you need to get that fixed. For anyone who has mobility issues/arthritis etc they’re not opening that door.

  The woman working standing blocking the front door smoking then went in blowing out her smoke inside. Gross loss appetite turned around walked out. No washing hands proceeded to help customers. Avoid at all costs

  Very bad and terrible experience yesterday eve. The server was very rude and racist.making fun of accent. He made a bill of 12.7 $ of small wrap for me and 10 $ for my friend’s regular size wrap. He was snapping at me, was not explaining the details about sauce available there, veggies were not ready and he added very little amount of it. He was not helping in paying digitally too and said just follow the steps in swipe machine. I would never recommend this place, very horrible experience. The guy was very rude and behaving like I was ordering For free. I will never visit any mucho barrito restaurants moving forward, even if starving. Third class service.

  I went today at lime ridge mall branch & ordered chicken burrito bowl, chicken quesadilla & nachos. The waiter was wearing a very filthy tshirt & wasn’t happy or welcoming when I went in. He was so rude & annoyed when I added to my order. He was aggressive & inpatient with no courtesy. No wonder the restaurant was empty. I would never ever come again to this branch.
