The good at this location sucks the staff sucks and they’re open till “8” but won’t let you offer after 7:45 worst location ever fix it

05-27-26 Refused to take our order at 7:30, saying they were closed. We ordered at another restaurant in the food court in view of the Taco Bell; we watched as they turned away another 7-8 orders between 7:30 and 8:00. Then at 8:00pm they closed their tills (likely to ensure that their closing timestamps show a closing time more in line with their listed hours).
Staff were hanging out on their phones the entire time between 7:30-8, including sitting on the counter with their backs to customers (see attached photo), clearly waiting for a single person to finis

Food is good, but who ever manages/owns this location needs to work on their scheduling. If you have two tills and one is exclusively for taco bell and the other for KFC, you need to schedule two cashiers. Especially on a Saturday afternoon. Having one guy go back and forth between the registers while also dealing with UberEats/DoorDash orders and having to run into the back to get people's food is so incredibly inefficient and leads to massive lines that are not the fault of the cashier, but become his problem to deal with. Additionally, the kitchen seems to have a similar issue as it took 17 minutes for the person ahead of me to receive two tacos and fries. This is a mall location and is therefore going to be busy on weekends, management needs to staff the store accordingly.
