  So I come to this Taco Bell every day for lunch and recently there has been this new guy who is very polite. Ask you how your day was and everything and he also will ask if you want any sauces included and this is the fifth time it has happened now where I say mild sauce and none is included no big deal but after coming for so many times, you would think they would get it right

  Very disappointing experience and the customer service was extremely poor. The food is overpriced, the portions are very small, and the staff don’t seem to listen to customers. The bathroom didn’t even have toilet paper, and the tables and chairs were very dirty. Overall, a very poor experience. Zero stars if I could.

  Ordered a discovery luxe box online, all for the hard shell taco to be soggy, and the dlt completely shattered. There was no straw, fork, or hot sauces in my bag. Despite all that, the tacos were very full and delicious
