  “Quincy” had horrible service. When we ordered we could barely hear him and apparently he could barely hear us. Ordered 4 tacos only got one. We went back into the drive through and he proceeded to try to manipulate us into saying we only asked for one; when three of us witnessed and heard first hand otherwise. He was shaking his head and trying to talk over us the entire time. Ontop of all of this our fries were practically ice cold after JUST ordering and attempting to eat them.

  Changing my 1 star to 4 stars because they've improved immensely. Must be under new management. Drive thru no longer takes 20 minutes, they're polite and good is good!

  I have accident on floor in front of stor and mean man make me lick it up like doggie. 4/5, would do again.

  The absolute worst. Hours of operation are totally inaccurate... and when they are open the drive thr is atrocious be prepared to wait 30 mins even when there's only 2 cars in front of you.

  This is a KFC and Taco Bell stand. I'm commenting on the KFC portion. It is located in the Niagara information center. My simple advice for anyone do not go to the KFC. It is horrible. If I could give it negative Stars I would.
