  We came in to order a few subs around 9:30pm Were met with a very rude female behind the counter who was trying to rush us out. When my husband asked for a few minutes to decide what he wanted because he wasn’t familiar with the menu, she rolled her eyes and repeatedly asked “are you ready yet” in a rude tone, Then he asked for extra olives and she put two olives on, and refused to put more on. Being very petty. Subway is an overpriced place to begin with and there is no reason to have that kind of service when someone is serving your food to you. Won’t go back.

  Horrible customer service not giving us the amount of onions that I want and now they’re not giving me the sub horrible, horrible customer service!!!

  For years, at various subways, across Canada, I have always gotten a 12 inch sub. And I’ve gotten the double meat for the 6 inch size, for two dollars put on my 12 inch sub. This is the only subway in this entire country that refused that to me. The clerk stated she cannot do it because there is no button for it. But there is clearly a button for it, as for the last three years, at over 25 subway locations across Canada, they have all done it for me. I’ve just moved to Grimsby. I will not be visiting this Subway after today. We usually have 2 to 5 subs a week from Subway, this location will get zero of that money. REPLY: The add on option has been available for at least two years. You’re flat out lying to try and cover your butt. What kind of company would stoop so low as to lie about something that I’ve personally (and others) have been doing. On FRIDAY at a location in Hamilton, I was able to add a 6inch double meat to a 12” sub. The next time I get a sub at a Subway location that actually treats its customers with respect instead of trying to make them out as a liar, I’ll post a scan of the receipt that will show a 6” meat add for $2 on a 12” sub. You pathetic hacks. And my god!! I just saw that you’re a 3.7 rating!?! Then I read some of the reviews… seems like you never take responsibility for anything. People, just stay away from this location.

  Good enough subs but the buns seem slightly off. Missed my request for double cheese but didnt charge me so its not a big deal still try the Beamsville location instead its just that much better
